Cardiac Maker of D-dimer Rapid Test

[Intended Use]
This kit is intended used in quantitative detection of D-Dimer content in human serum, plasma or whole blood.
D-Dimer is a specific degradation product of fibrin protein monomer crosslinking activation factor XIII, hydrolysed by fibrinolytic enzyme. Besides, it is a specific fibrinolytic process marker. In fibrinolytic protein degradation products, only the pieces of D-Dimer crosslinking can show thrombolysis activity after thrombosis. The rising of D-Dimer levels indicates the frequent fibrin degradation process. D-Dimer has a great significance for diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the fibrinolytic system (such as DIC, all sorts of thrombosis), diseases related fibrinolytic system (such as pregnancy syndrome), and thrombolytic therapy monitoring.
